How to Set the Mood for Mindfulness

It’s said that the way that you start your day sets the tone for how it goes—So we’re gonna give you a few tips and tricks to incorporate into your morning routine to get going!

1 —

Silence

When your alarm goes off, don’t snooze it. Go ahead, get up and give yourself five minutes of silence— whether it’s prayer or meditation. Allow yourself to get connected with your inner voice.

2 —

Set the mood

Of course you need to light a candle, preferably one from FROM PHOENIX (we’re really feeling Opulence).

3 —

Write it out

Write down whatever thoughts that came to mind when you were in your brief silence. Expand on it, and then begin to write down your intentions for the day.

If you choose— after you have meditated and set your intentions for the day— solidify everything you’ve put forward with some bomb-ass music. We have a few playlists to help with that.
