Mind Your Mood is a wellness initiative by From Phoenix, created to support individuals on their journey toward optimal well-being.

Our offerings include a mindfulness journal and immersive community experiences, all created to nurture the mental health, self-care, and overall wellness of creatives and go-getters alike. 

At From Phoenix, it's our mission to empower and encourage individuals to prioritize wellness and eliminate poor mental health outcomes. 

On our second anniversary, we launched the Mind Your Mood Mindfulness Journal to help individuals practice mindfulness, enhance their self-awareness, and nurture personal growth. The Mind Your Mood journal is a sanctuary for decompressing, reflecting, and elevating your mood. 

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we recently hosted our inaugural Mind Your Mood Wellness Experience, and it was epic. Our community showed up strong, from the audience participation and the generational healing through our panel conversation and wellness activities.

As a part of our commitment to giving back, we donated a percentage of ticket sales to Channel Paths, an organization that provides free therapy services for marginalized youth and young adults in the CSRA.
